1. Will anyone find out I was at the Family Justice Center?

All client records and information are kept in the strictest of confidence. Information will not be shared without a written release form from the client or where legal exceptions exist.

2. Where do I park?

There is limited parking available in the marked stalls in the parking lot right next to the building. Parking is also available on the street.

3. Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are not necessary. Clients are seen on a first come, first served basis.

4. What are the hours at the Family Justice Center (FJC)?

The FJC is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except for designated holidays. Walk-in hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 to 3:30 p.m.

5. Where is the Family Justice Center located?

The Center is located at 718 Court E, Tacoma WA 98402. Directions can be found on the About Us page on this website.

6. Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are not necessary. Clients are seen on a first come, first served basis. First time visitors are encouraged to come in as early in the day as possible. The FJC opens at 8:30 am. Clients are seen between the hours of 8:30 am and noon, and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. The FJC is closed on Pierce County designated holidays.
