History

The Crystal Judson Family Justice Center (CJFJC) opened in mid-December of 2005. The CJFJC was created as a result of an interlocal agreement between the City of Tacoma and Pierce County. The interlocal agreement calls for the city and the county to jointly fund the basic infrastructure costs of the CJFJC. Additional funding for the CJFJC comes from grants and donations. These funds support the programs and services provided at the center.
